Change your Apple ID country or region
Before you update your location, you must spend your store credit, cancel your subscriptions, and get a payment method for your new country or region.
What to do before you change your country or region
Spend any balance remaining on your Apple ID. If you’re not sure whether you have a balance, check your Apple ID balance.
Cancel your subscriptions and wait until the end of the subscription period.
Wait for any memberships, pre-orders, movie rentals, or Season Passes to complete, and wait for any pending store credit refunds to process. You can cancel a pre-order.
Make sure that you have a payment method for your new country or region. See what payment methods you can use.
Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future. That’s because some types of content might not be available in your new country or region. (Learn what types of content and services are available in your new country or region. )
Use your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to change your region
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
Tap Country/Region.
Tap Change Country or Region.
Tap your new country or region, then review the Terms & Conditions.
Tap Agree in the upper-right corner, then tap Agree again to confirm.
Select a payment method and enter your new payment information and billing address, then tap Next. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region. * Learn more about how to change or remove your Apple ID payment information.
Use your computer to change your region
Open the Music app or iTunes.
In the menu bar at the top of the screen or the top of the iTunes window, click Account, then click View My Account.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
On the Account Information page, click Change Country or Region.
Select your new country or region.
Review the Terms & Conditions, then click Agree. Click Agree again to confirm.
Enter your new payment information* and billing address, then click Continue.
Change your region online
Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
Scroll to the Account section, then click Edit.
From the Country/Region menu, select your new country or region.
Follow the onscreen instructions. *
If you can’t change your country or region
If you can’t change your country or region, make sure that you canceled your subscriptions and spent your store credit. Complete these steps before you try to change your country or region.
If you’re a part of a Family Sharing group, you might not be able to change your country or region. Learn how to leave a Family Sharing group.
If you still can’t change your country or region, or you have less store credit than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support.

How To Change Your Apple ID Country or Region – STEPS
If you’ve moved to a new country or region, you can update the country or region that’s associated with your Apple ID. Before you update your information, you will need to spend your store credit, cancel your subscriptions and have a valid payment method for your new country or region.
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You may be asked to sign in.
4. Tap Country/Region.
5. Tap “Change Country or Region”. If you can’t see “Change Country or Region”, contact Apple support
6. Tap your new country or region, then review the terms and conditions.
7. Tap Agree in the top right-hand corner, then tap Agree again to confirm.
8. Select a payment method and enter your new payment information and billing address, then tap Next. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.

From your Apple ID account page
1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
2. Scroll to the Account section, then click Edit.
3. From the Country/Region menu, select your new country or region.
4. When asked if you want to change your country or region, click “Continue to update”.
5. Enter your new payment information and your billing address, then click Save. You have to enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.
I can’t change country/region of my Apple account! – Ask Different
I can’t change country/region of my Apple account. The steps I followed:
Tap on the App Store icon in your home screen
Tap on featured on the bottom left corner of screeen
Scroll all the way to the bottom where your Apple ID info is
Tap View Apple ID, you may have to enter your password
Once the page loads change your country/region
I do not seem to have the option to change country/region, it is there it is shown but I can’t select and change it. It happens both on my iPhone and on my PC application of iTunes.
Is there any other way I can change it?

Go to #! &page=signin
Login with your Apple ID
Enter your security answer if asked for
It will open a page with account settings
Click edit on first section where your address is shown
Modify your address and click Done
Vola… Your country is changed in Apple ID:) enjoy

Your account needs to have no money on it to change the region.

If you want to change it on your iPhone, try changing account settings then back to set the country and region. You can also change it on iTunes.

Try these steps.
Click on settings icon in home page
Go to itunes and app store
Click on the part at the top
Select view apple id
Try changing it there.
If it still does not work, creating a new apple ID is really easy and takes no time at all. I would even suggest that you actually have two accounts, as some country’s app stores has other apps that cannot be found on others. The apps are either country specific or just not yet accepted in certain countries. Therefore, the more accounts, the more available apps

Login to another iCloud acc and then log back in. It will set it to its default country unless the other account had the same country.
