Switching your billing
For Hulu, you agree to automatically switch your billing to Spotify during sign up.
For SHOWTIME, you first need to cancel any current plans:

If you connect to the wrong account, just deactivate, then reactivate with the correct account.

Premium with Hulu or SHOWTIME isn’t available for those who aren’t students.
We used to offer Premium with Hulu for non-students, but not anymore. If you already have it but cancel or upgrade to a different plan (e. g. Duo or Family), you’ll lose access to Hulu.

What is the Spotify Premium Student plan and what does it include?
The Spotify Premium Student plan is the same as a Spotify Premium account, which is completely ad-free on both the mobile app and the computer. Spotify Premium allows you to download music as well, so you can listen without using valuable data, and it affords unlimited skips along with the ability to play or queue any song at any time. The plan also includes complimentary subscriptions to Showtime and the ad-based version of Hulu.
How do I sign up for a Spotify Premium Student account?
Head to the Spotify Premium Student page and select “Get Started. ” Once you’ve created an account and entered your payment details, Spotify will verify your enrollment status as a student using SheerID. If your school isn’t listed, or you’re asked to upload a document, SheerID offers common troubleshooting support for the Spotify plan. Once set up, you’ll be able to access all the Premium features.
How much does the Spotify Premium Student plan cost and is there a discount?
The Spotify Premium Student plan costs $4. 99 per month, with the first month free. That’s $5 discount from the regular Premium subscription, though there’s no difference between the features. You can choose to cancel at any time.
How do I activate Hulu and Showtime with my Spotify Premium Student account?
To activate your Hulu account, you’ll need to head to your Account Page on Spotify. Under Account Overview, select “Activate Hulu. ” You can either create a new Hulu account, or link the deal to a pre-existing Hulu account. Unfortunately, you can’t upgrade to any ad-free or live TV plans with this deal.
You can begin your Showtime subscription via Showtime’s Spotify activation page. You can either create a new Showtime account, or link one to an already existing account. After you activate your account, you’ll be able to access Showtime’s full library of films and television.
You’ll then be billed through Spotify, not the streaming services.
Can I get this bundle if I’m not a student?
Unfortunately, no. Spotify has offered bundles for Hulu and regular Spotify Premium in the past, but at the moment, this deal is only for students.
How long does this bundle last?
Once activated, this deal lasts for four years. Each year, Spotify asks members to re-validate their enrollment status using SheerID. They’ll send you an email about it when it’s time. Be sure to validate, otherwise you’ll be charged the normal $9. 99.

Spotify Is Giving Premium Customers Free Hulu | Mental Floss
It’s hard to keep track of all the streaming services available today, but paying for two of them just got a lot easier. As The Verge reports, a free Hulu plan now comes with a Spotify Premium subscription.
Spotify Premium costs $10 a month, and it includes unlimited ad-free access to the 35 million-plus songs in the service’s library, as well as the ability to save music and play it offline. Beginning today, March 12, you can bundle Spotify Premium with Hulu’s basic ad-supported plan for $10 a month, which means if you were already paying for Spotify, you’re basically getting Hulu for free. Without the deal, Hulu’s cheapest plan normally costs $6 a month to stream unlimited shows and movies with ad breaks.
If you’re already subscribed to Spotify Premium, you can add Hulu to the same bill from the Your Services page on Spotify. New members can sign up for both plans at once by visiting and entering their payment information. The promotion is not open to users on a Spotify Premium family account.
The special offer is only available until June 10, 2019, or “while supplies last, ” according to Spotify. After signing up, you can take your shiny new subscription for a spin with a binge-watching session. Here are some of the best shows and movies to stream.
