USE:
If your dac/soundcard supports DSD playback through ASIO driver you can set up ASIO proxy:
1. Run to install foo_dsd_asio ASIO proxy driver.
2. In foobar configure foo_dsd_asio proxy by selecting appropriate DSD compatible ASIO driver,
DSD playback method, PCM/DSD to DSD conversion method (if needed) and DSD samplerate for PCM/DSD to DSD conversion.
3. Select foo_dsd_asio as the output device.
4. When troubleshooting tick “Trace to File” and select file name.

The suite adds the support for Audio Stream Input/Output algorithms and components. It works with products running on foobar2000 architecture platforms and replaces the standard output modes. The program automatically assigns the exclusive priority to ASIO and controls data processing.
foobar2000 is an audio player for the Windows platform. ASIO Proxy for foobar2000 provides ASIO (Audio Stream Input/Output) output support. Now, this is required to be installed for those systems where ASIO is the only method of output.
It is recommended to use the default output modes instead of ASIO since there are no benefits from using ASIO. It may even crash the program due to the bugs present in it.
